When I Fall Down The Spiral of Self-Doubt
Every once in a while I collapse into myself and start falling (quickly) down the spiral of self-doubt.
I get temporarily disconnected from the magical being that I am and start plugging into the 3D matrix for validation, confirmation, my next fix.
I know you know the feeling.
It’s like my arms go from being wide open, ready to be poured into with overflowing gratitude to collapsing my shoulders, curving into a tight ball.
And then I feel it in my neck, back and always in my right arm.
Then it starts spilling over into my relationships.
I’m short with my husband and closed off from him.
I’m impatient with our kids and would rather be in solitude.
I’m confused about things in my business.
I stop receiving my life.
Until I connect back to my spiritual self.
My grateful self.
My true self.
And the floodgates open.
Romantic kisses with my man.
Big hugs and laughter with my children.
Sale notifications popping into my inbox like popcorn.
