That feeling in your body that tells you you’re scared - what does it really mean?

The most common narrative out there will tell you that it means this person, place or opportunity isn’t aligned for you - that they aren’t safe.

But I ask you to consider, what if YOU are the one who isn’t safe?

What if that feeling in your body isn’t signalling something wrong but rather it’s telling you that this it’s simply unfamiliar - and that it feels unsafe within YOU.

I can’t tell you how many times my clients have shut themselves off from fully receiving their partners love, care, affection, heck even money, because THEY didn’t feel safe within themselves.

That is, until we worked together.

And nurtured the feeling of safety from within.

By way of co-regulation, my ladies find a place within themselves that feels warm, peaceful, calm, open, delicious even.

Through masterful coaching and holding them in their vision, they find their way to a place where they can breathe and open themselves up to the overflow of love that awaits them.

The feeling of contraction in your body does NOT necessarily signal a lack of safety in something or someone else -

The question that really needs to be asked is, is it the other person that’s making me feel this way, or is this pointing to an insecurity within myself?

If this is a skill you'd love to harness, message me and let’s talk about how we can journey together into safety. XO

With love,

Diana
